Sync permissions with Moira

Description

At the moment, there's no real way to link what you can do with Remit with Moira groups. It'd be really neat to link them.

Major options include:

  • Dynamically query AFS or LDAP to get group membership
  • Write a cron job that can keep certain Django groups on a Remit install with certain associated Moira lists

Given that I'm the only developer, apparently PyAFS doesn't work on Jaunty (yet?), and my laptop is running Jaunty (still), I'm punting this for now.

sync_moira_authz.py in the ASA database has code for this. I bet that may want to end up in snippets, too...
