Backend onto SAP RFPs

Description
Instead of generating paper vouchers, somehow (Selenium?) the client should create an RFP and forward it appropriately.

oremanj has some plausibly-useful scripts on this front at http://web.mit.edu/oremanj/Public/rfp_scripts/. They're Perl, unfortunately, so they would need to be used for inspiration (but not actually incorporated into Remit) or Remit would need to shell out / grow some Perl client scripts.
