Summary page should include time

Description

At the start of every set of vouchers is a summary page which I try to file after I do each voucher run.

It would be useful if that page had some relevant time on it --- when the LaTeX was generated, the PDF compiled, or the document printed (which doesn't really matter, since they're usually contemporaneous).
